A new build has been released. Those who are registered on the beta site, please check for the new downoad. There are many important fixes. Windows Vista/7 are now fully supported.

Internet Explorer 8 Now an Important Update?

Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 has been out of Beta and Microsoft has suddenly thrown it in Windows Update as a High Priority (Important in Vista) update in Windows XP. I can't find any reasons why it was classified this way, but it's obvious that Microsoft is pushing it due to competition.

Windows 7 Release Date

Microsoft has announced tuesday that Windows 7 will launch on October 22. This isn't really a surprise, because it had already been leaked a while back that Acer had planned to release Windows 7 notebooks around the same time. I still haven't been able to find any information about prices or the free upgrade program they plan to offer. X3 Software & Development "Cobalt" will have a compatible beta release soon.
