Email Backup will allow you to backup data from your email client which can include contacts, emails, calender, and account settings. Supported client planned will be Microsoft Office Outlook (2000, 2003, 2007, 2010), Microsoft Outlook Express (5 and 6), Microsoft Windows Mail, Microsoft Windows Live Mail, and perhaps many others.
Development is currently in progress and there will be a short beta release. Price isn't determined yet, but for a limited time it's planned to offer this product for free.
One of the biggest differences between "Email Backup" and "Cobalt Backup" is that you can backup your account settings. This is achieved by saving parts of your Windows registry. Cobalt Backup is only designed to work with files.
